SOUTHEASTERN NM….HOME OF THE ELIN NETWORK
In 1996 five libraries came together to improve information services in Southeastern New Mexico. Hobbs, Lovington, Jal, NMJC, and Scarborough Memorial from the University of the Southwest formed the Elin Network (Estacado Library Information Network). Together these libraries offer loans, not only through the consortium itself, but also through state.
Our patrons get access to more digital resources through the ELIN system. Our libraries accomodate our patrons by giving them an easy approach to our network by providing twenty-four-hour access from remote home computers and other libraries.
